An outdoor patio area leads to a gorgeous, landscaped garden area for the family to spend time relaxing to the sounds of the river running by.

With 12″ thick insulation in the exterior walls, the home was designed to exceed Step 5 of the BC Energy Step code, making electricity bills almost in-existent. This multi-generational home was designed to ensure their 2 adult children and their children would have a place to return to visit and enough space and storage for all the toys that come with an active family.
