DEVELOPER: Innovation Building
The goal of this project is to address Whistler’s housing shortage as well as be one of BC’s most energy-efficient buildings. One of the main features is the fresh air system that delivers 100% fresh air to units, then recovers the heat energy from that air before venting it outside of the building. The triple weather-sealed, triple pane windows keep the outside noise outside and keep you warm and comfortable inside. The property is close to public transport and also offers underground parking or a private garage for car and bike parking and storage, as well as a bike and ski tuning workshop area. A community garden for growing plants and flowers amongst the landscaped grounds for residents to enjoy the outdoors.
